Dr. Abhijit Singh is a visionary leader and an internationally recognized expert in maritime,
logistics, and supply chain management with over two decades of professional excellence.
A dynamic strategist and transformation leader, he has driven large-scale reforms across
infrastructure, policy, and technology-enabled operations.
His career spans C-Suite and Board-level leadership, national policy formulation,
and global representation. He has served as Chairman and Expert Member on multiple
Government of India committees and has worked closely with the PMO, NITI Aayog,
Cabinet Committees, and Inter-Ministerial Groups.
Professional Experience
Dr. Singh began his career as a Marine Engineer Officer with Executive Ship Management,
Singapore, followed by BP Shipping, London. He later transitioned into senior leadership
roles shaping India’s maritime infrastructure and investment ecosystem.

He played a pivotal role in national initiatives such as National Logistics Portal-Marine,
Port Community System (PCS 1x), Sagarmala Programme, and Maritime India Vision 2030.
